7. In the fourth theme, there is demonstration of applying analogy rule to exceptions from the Fiqh rules, if they have rational meanings. Because this topic is not tackled by authors in the science of Fiqh rules, I have looked for a helping scholarly subject in the science of principles of Fiqh, where I have found a suitable issue for this research paper, namely, analogy based on exceptions from analogy norms or analogy based on citing of the statement different from the analogy.
